During this session, we’ll review your health and exercise background, discuss both short- and long-term goals, and take a look at your current nutrition and supplementation routine. Next, we’ll talk about where you’d prefer to train—whether it’s at your home, office, or even a nearby park. You’re welcome to vary the location from session to session for added flexibility.
Once that’s set, we’ll schedule your first session at a time that works best for you. No equipment? No problem. If you have gear you’d like to use, great—but we bring everything needed, including kettlebells, adjustable dumbbells, a variety of resistance bands, a BOSU stability ball, and even battle ropes.

Are you familiar with the secret stairs of LA, in this case particularly The Berendo Stairs to Griffith Park? These stairs date back to 1924 and can be accessed at the intersection of Berendo Street and Cromwell Avenue, a block north of Los Feliz Blvd. You ascend about 200 steps in total and then about a 1 mile trail walk to the Griffith Park Observatory if you go to the top. 1. **Jumping Jacks**: Stand with your feet together and arms at your sides. Jump up, spreading your feet apart while bringing your arms overhead. Jump again to return to the starting position. Repeat for 5 minutes.
2. **High Knees**: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Lift one knee toward your chest, then quickly switch to the other knee, mimicking a running motion. Continue alternating knees as fast as you can.
3. **Plank**: Place your forearms on the ground with your elbows directly beneath your shoulders. Extend your legs behind you, balancing on your toes. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels and hold the position. You may need to break the planks into shorter sets with a brief rest period.
4. **Bodyweight Squats**: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body by bending your knees and hips, keeping your back straight. Go as low as you can, then return to the starting position. Repeat for 5 minutes.
5. **Push-Ups**: These can be standard push-ups on hands and feet, bent knee push-ups, or wall push-ups. Do in sets of 10-20 repetitions with 30 seconds rest then repeat for 2-3 sets.
